The same has been said for many Chief coaches and a GM. The fact of the matter is the Chiefs just don't care or are incapable of improving.

It's actually more surprising some are taken back by the teams lack of action even though they suck.

I wonder what Polian thinks about Herm...

Indy has had a lot of success under Dungy (because they have Peyton friggin' Manning) and Herm has the same philosophy as Dungy...I could see Polian keeping Herm on board which scares me...

Totally true...but as someone pointed out this next year is pretty much a free year for the GM if they keep Herm...

Personally, with so much invested in our 2008 draft, I'm ready for an entire new coaching staff capable of developing Dorsey...because I swear to God if Dorsey is a bust it's just going to set back this team even more...we really need him to be the stud he was advertised as.

I can't remember a lame-duck coach surviving with a new GM.

They have to find a staff with a clue how to use talent. Gunther Cunningham is like the special ed. coordinator. He ****ing ruins players.
