Herm drafted the best CBs in the draft. Would you have minded if Pioli kept Herm as the DBs coach?

I don't even want Herm back to watch a game. He may be able to win over the players, but he cannot get them to give their best performance. They might be prepared to play, but not prepared to win. He doesn't strike me as one with a strategic mind.
