You know, I'll bet that if Thiggy had a really good QB coach and adequate time to work on his skills and shortcomings, he might develop into something. He has the mentality to be a good quarterback.

People thought that about every talented spead QB that a 1st round pick was spent on....history says spread QB's will fail at supremely high rate.

Agreed, though he is the only decent prospect that runs a pro-style offense.

Next year's class is beyond bad, unless you want to waste 3 years teaching these guys how to take drops and read defenses.

I thought we were breaking some ground till I visited some other forums and saw something like 85% of them want to draft Michael Crabtree.
