not that you were in trouble with police, but remember how twisted our court system is. said drunk person may find a lawyer w/o any scruples and tell him he got beat up for passing out in a vehicle that wasn't his.
lawyer will think pain and suffering, lost time from drinking, and mental anguish. must be a $500,000 case here.
