Exactly. The reason Haley "through the Chiefs" declined comment on the hirings is because Bill Clinton on his best day couldn't make you feel good about the Pendergast/Gibbs hirings...and if you've seen Haley in front of the camera, he's not exactly comfortable.

...what the hell are they gonna say..."well, he was available (er, recently fired for spearheading the 26th ranked defense), and our kids have soccer together."
