Good article as usual by Joe. I find it funny that after the lopsided calls of the game Marquette fans found more room to cry. Oh well. It isn't like MU did anything illegal.

Right now it will be a struggle for either team to make the final 4. I think MS is going to take KU to task and MU worries me against a team like Memphis who likes to run the court.

The reffing in the 2nd half almost gave me a heartattack. It was SOOOO blatantly obvious that they wanted a comeback story...it was just atrocious. I'm proud of the way that the Mizzou coaches & players handled themselves in the face of that adversity.

Hopefully we can stick with Memphis...its gonna be a tough one.

If this had beeb KU I would be saying the same thing. This was terrible officiating and as some have said, it was blatantly obvious. For whatever reason, the refs almost ****ed MU. I bitch about bad calls but I will usually never say the refs cost someone a basketball game. In this case though, they damn near did. MU could have played better D, yes. Then again, it is hard to play good D when you get fouls called just for being on the floor.
