Highlighting text inside the QUOTE tags (to do a partial quote, for example) always wants to grab that "[/" for some reason. You have to place the cursor before it and then select up with the shift and arrow keys to avoid the problem.

Why in the HELL would you draft a linebacker at #3 overall if he doesn't have ANY of those qualities?

Those guys aren't in this draft. When I look in Curry's eyes in some of the interview clips I see some intensity. I don't know that Urlacher plays any faster then Curry and I don't have his combine 40 time written down anywhere either. Do you? It's not about what we want it's about what's available. I don't know why some people can't get to that reality.

Well, did you also realize that ALL of those guys went later than #3 and two are most definitely Hall of Famers?

So if Curry doesn't possess ANY of those qualities, why would you take him at #3, regardless of what's available?

I actually think Urlacher isn't a bad comparison. A lot better than the Ray Lewis ones being thrown around.

Curry is the best of a bad situation. The value of top 5 pick is not as good as it has been in previous years. I did run out of neg rep for McDouche.

You take him because he's the best available. And the thing is Curry does possess very good qualities as an NFL prospect.

How is the idea of drafting another QB better? Many of the guys that are against taking Curry are for taking a QB, but just won't say it. And let him sit the bench or be possible trade bait. How do you get to be less impact than sitting the bench?
