OK lets see it

Whos got some kick butt video of the greatest LB in NFL history Aaron Curry? What I've found is really pretty unimpressive. I can't see in film why he's ranked so highly. Anyone have some good video they can point me too?

His footwork in the pocket is horrible. He has happy feet and dances like he's standing on a hot plate. I think that's correctible, but I see it as a potential problem/red flag.
You have literally never watched Mark Sanchez play.

What the **** are these attributes he possesses that allows him to rush the passer?

I'm sure it's just an apocryphal skill that he was hiding through four years in college. Of course, we'll also neglect the fact that he has no pass rushing moves and that his arms are flat out too mother****ing short to do it effectively.

Meanwhile the accounts of Curry's worth have typically shown quite a bit of info about the player Curry is and his worth in THIS draft.

Um, Kettle...your black.
Yeah, go ahead, ignore history.

In reality, I think it's entirely possible that Pioli will do the same, and I will be pissed.

You don't build teams around a player like Curry, who hasn't proven he can rush the passer.

He is, no doubt, the best player at his position, but his is what I refer to a periphery position.

And my namecalling is reserved for those that deserve it.

I don't recall you ever being stupid even when you're wrong, so I don't call you a name.

if you are looking at trends then the argument against BOTH players are valid

what other qb has become ELITE or even drafted top 3 after only 16 college starts???

Mark Sanchez is extremely fundamentally sound, which is why the 16 starts thing doesn't flip me out. You watch him for 10 minutes and he doesn't remotely look like a 1 year starter.

JFC on a ****ing chrome dildo!

Mark Sanchez DID NOT come out "early". He was a four year collegian. He didn't stay for his 5th year. While he was technically a junior, he didn't come out "early".

If you can find me a 3-4 OLB that actually never played DE at any point in his career I'd be pretty stunned, it just doesn't happen.

If Cassel already had a deal, we'd know about it.

Pioli may be able to keep the people inside Arrowhead quiet, but 90% of all the news reports you read about contract terms come from the AGENT.

There's absolutely zero chance Cassel has a deal. ZERO.

No, but he's got as much potential as someone like Carlos Boozer, who, despite being a First Team All-American, fell into the second round because pro teams had questions regarding his height, shorter arms, poor shot mechanics, and lack of speed and overall athleticism. But he seems to have worked out okay in the NBA, and Hansbrough plays substantially better defense than Boozer. Somebody is going to steal him in the late first or early second round.

It's almost as bad as this argument that "he only came out cause Bradford didn't so he knew he'd go high" when I guarantee you if he goes back Sanchez goes higher than Bradford...Sanchez had a shot to go #1 next year.
