Cassel or Sanchez?

I'm not sure what the issue is with people here. The status of the CBA, combined with the salary cap status of the Chiefs, means that there's no need to rush about a contract for Cassel. The Chiefs can afford a 14+ million dollar test drive, where many other teams wouldn't have had that luxury.

There's really no need to read anything more into it until the draft happens. Then, if the Chiefs draft a QB at #3, this becomes a thread worth revisiting. Until then, it's really not much of a story, even in comparison to Whitlock's bleatings about Johnson and Waters.
