Moving out of Mom's.

Found a perfect place, just found out we got it.

Moving in May 1st.

Any advice is welcomed.

That's a good price in San Diego for something that size isn't it Buck? That's about the going rate out here, I think it's similar.

Don't let anyone owe you the next month's rent or utilities, and make sure the guy in charge of them is paying them. If one of them has his girlfriend staying there 5 nights a week and showering and eating, she needs to either be really, really cool to everyone else or pay money- or bring hot friends over. If she's hanging out being a bitch she needs to pay or go.

Set it up so that bills are paid on time BY EVERYONE. There is going to be that guy who spends his money on something stupid and needs help the next month. If that's the case.....start looking for another roommate immediately.

We had a friend who used to buy weed all of the time and then be late on bills. After 2 months....we kicked his ass out.

All of us have had good paying jobs for over 2 years. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think they weren't financially responsible. We've been looking into this since November. No doubt. Only one of us (not me) has a GF. She has her own pad.

How would you go about splitting up the responsibilities. (as far as putting your name on the account)

Heres everything we have to pay for

Rent / Cable and Internet / Gas and Electric / Water / Trash
