Moving out of Mom's.

Found a perfect place, just found out we got it.

Moving in May 1st.

Business first. Don't ever forget that. Bills before anything. Ever. If your roomies don't like it, out they go.

Keep shit clean. It isn't hard if you don't let it get out of control. Do your dishes and pick your shit up before you go to bed (or go out). Set up a shift for ****ers to clean the bathroom each weekend. Bathrooms are gross as **** if they go longer than a couple weeks.

Cook. A lot. It saves a metric ****load of money as long as you eat the leftovers. Just mark yo shit so your roomies don't eat it.

Mark all yo shit before you move in or you will end up with much less of yo shit when you move out.

Don't be a douche.
