Moving out of Mom's.

Found a perfect place, just found out we got it.

Moving in May 1st.

Any advice is welcomed.

I lived w/ one of my best friends for 3 months when I was 18, and then another one for 6 months right after that. Still very good friends today.

This was the case for my last living situation. We had 3 living in a 3 bedroom 2 story townhome with a finished bsaement but I think we averaged about at least 12 people sleeping there every night because of the parties. it was fine for a while but eventually the other 2 guys I lived with flunked out and things really spiraled out of control. The place was hardly ever clean and when it did get picked up it only lasted about 3 hours before people started drinking there again. Not to say I don't have some interesting stories from that year and a half.
