Lots of people HOPE he can be a 2-gap nose tackle.

And the scouting reports UNIVERSALLY said he was better suited to be a 4-3 UT.

Furthermore, it's pretty obvious from the moves they've made that we don't need a 2-gap anything because we're going to be running a primarily 1-gap defense.

Brown is almost as overrated as Michael Johnson he put up dogshit numbers in the vert and broad jump for a reason. I'm with you on Gilbert though, Shipley the knock on him is he has short useless t-rex arms and he plays with his short arms even shorter. Aren't the knocks on Meredith basically the same thing as was the case with Barry Richardson last year? That he lacks that nasty streak, power and explosion that kind of stuff?
