I think it's a blank replica jersey that was customized with homebrew letters and numbers. The quality is ok I guess. For $30-40 I suppose I can't complain when a replica costs you $100 blank, and authentic will cost you $200 or more

They definitely aren't blank replicas. The replicas are basically mesh. All of the jerseys I've received have been much better fabric than replica.
The numbers are slightly smaller, I agree with that.
