I'm not familiar with that screen name. But I can tell you that I'm not a pink-hatter who jumped on the bandwagon; I've been following them since they sucked (not the more recent time they sucked, in the late 80s/early 90s, but when they originally sucked, in the early 80s). My first live game as a teen was in the mid-80s, in the sh*tbowl known as Sullivan Stadium, watching the Cleveland Browns break Steve Grogan's leg. Then came the glorious years of Irving Fryar getting stabbed by his wife, and the Lisa Olsen incident where a player in the locker room showed a female reporter his "little player". The joy of the playoff run, being the first team to win three straight road playoff games, before getting butt#^$%ed by the Chicago Bears in the Super Bowl in the mid-80s and having John Hannah say that Tony Eason should've been wearing a dress... that was pleasant. Then the late 80s and early 90s, when Buffalo was going to four straight Super Bowls and the Patriots and Colts sucked so bad that when they met the newscasters liked to refer to it as the "Toilet Bowl"... Sweet. Back to the forefront in the mid-90s with Drew Bledsoe, only to watch that chicken#$^&er Brett Farvruruh and the Green Bay Packers squash us 10 years after McMahon and "Refrigerator" Perry did. So, while I've enjoyed the three Tom Brady Super Bowls, I still remember the pain of sucking and thus sympathize with other teams who haven't seen the good times yet. Hence the reason I hope Pioli and Cassel do well for you guys. Not to mention I have a seething hatred for the Broncos, Raiders, and Chargers, who are all comprised of kitten-drowning butt-pirates and who I hope collectively never sniff a Super Bowl again, unless it's to feel the pain of going 16-0 and then losing like we did.
