This is such a fascinating story on so many levels:

We have an NFL star going out in flames
We have an IRANIAN woman involved
We have the infedility issue*
We have the prevalence of guns in our society**

*on the infedility issue, I'd like to ask the brothers in the audience to chime in. Do you believe that black women are taught to look the other way in their husband's behavior? Are they ok with it as long as he provides for the family?

**On the gun issue, are we so numb now that no one even mentions this anymore? How in the hell is it possible to purchase a SEMI-AUTOMATIC WEAPON as soon as you want one (let alone at all).

Honestly, this story is a microcosm of society on so many levels. Makes me sick.

Once that got signed into law, I don't think it could ever be repealed, because the president couldn't grip the pen to sign the repealing bill into law.

Keep in mind that they couldn't sign anything else into law either...it might be a worthwhile trade-off.
