What immediately strikes me is how devoid of talent this team is. You can see how obvious it is on special teams. Beisel should be our top special teams player, but, at least tonight, he was our best defensive player - by a large margin. When your special teams guys can't get under punts with hang times of 5 plus seconds, you've got serious problems. That means that your special teams guys, who should be the ones pushing the majority of starters at the athletic positions, suck really bad. Which in turn means your starters suck really bad.

Colquitt is the best player on this team, and other than he, Cassel, Albert, Bowe, Flowers and Jackson, this team needs more talent at every single position.

How does a NFL team get to be so bad? Damn you Carl. Damn you to hell.
