The problem with signing Runyan this late is that he is guaranteed out of shape, and will need weeks to even think about competing IMO. A guy like O'Callaghan has been with a team, practicing and playing with a team. Same goes for a guy like Langston Walker. Runyan if signed, will take quite awhile to make an impact IMO.
