How many years has this franchise and fan base waited to get this type of Quarterback( assuming he turns out great )?

If Matt Cassel get's "Brady'd" or worse; this fan base will go to Defcon 1 in the blink of a snap. This is a bad idea.
Dude I hear what you're saying. I just don't agree. 60 million dollar QB's earn their money when they aren't 100%, which is almost every week in this league. If there was a structural issue with the knee that had a higher chance of re-injury, they wouldn't put him out there. But again, as a sprain you don't have a higher risk of re-injury...it's simply how much pain you can tolerate. I don't care who you're playing...you could always get hurt. If he can go with a cortizone shot, he goes.
