No, I don't think Briscoe is a solid NFL WR prospect, but I do think he will go in the late first to mid second round in the upcoming draft.

Dezmon Briscoe is not going in the 1st round of the draft. If he runs faster than a 4.7 I'd be stunned.
And Shipley is not remotely as gifted as Harvin, Harvin was the #1 player in the country his recruiting year, he got drafted high for pure physical gifts.
