I think a Planeteer like Ultra Peanut has to make an announcement. She would be terribly conspicuous in her absence. I believe she may have been gradually sayig goodbye over the past few weeks. It was the style of the gif's.

I agree. I'm not a fan of leaving forever threads outside of the entertainment value, but there are definitely some posters around here that I would much prefer announce their departure so I don't wonder if they died in a fiery car crash later on down the road.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with most of the leaving forever threads. They're funny when the poster is leaving in a huff, but I don't understand the blanket ChiefsPlanet taboo against them.
