It doesn't matter. Either it's a helmet-to-helmet or a personal foul late hit. Both ways, it's going to git you 15 yards and a bill from the NFL office.

So, if you believe that it wasn't helmet-to-helmet, then that's fine. It still doesn't change the fact that the hit was late.
