Berry has better ball skills and has been used in college basically like an NFL team would use him.

I seriously doubt any NFL team would use Mays the way SC does because of his natural gifts. I think Berry is a safer pick than Mays is but Mays does have higher upside because of his natural athletic talent.

They're either or, at this time Mays plays FS and Berry plays SS but they're really capable of playing both.

Mays plays FS and Berry plays SS.... but both players are versatile and could play either or IMO

Fair enough. It will be very interesting to see how those two will do up to the NFL Draft.

But make no mistake, I do think the Chiefs need to draft one of those two if they both are up there. Safety play is terrible for KC, and why they don't give DeJuan Morgan any playing time, I'll never know.

I dont see us passing on one of these safeties unless something dramatic happens. i.e Berry hitting a bong during the team interview at the combine, Mays showing up at 5'10 running a 5 flat. The patriots valued safety in their picks when Pioli was there, no way he passes over these 2 guys. heh. nevermind.
