I hope we lock him up longterm. He looks like a young Tom Brady out there. But if McDaniels doesn't feel confident in him we can always let him go in the offseason.

McDaniels wanted to get rid of Jay Cutler more than he wanted to bring in Matt Cassel. If he wanted Jay we never would have traded him for Orton.

His contract is structured as such he's only significantly tied down for 2 years. The amount of time he was getting whether he was a HOFer or a Leaf clone.

Orton has played at a Pro Bowl level this year while Matt Cassel looks like the backup QB he has always been.

Has any team ever gone 6-0 and not made the playoffs? The way Denver's been playing, there's not a "sure bet" left on their schedule.

"I think something special is going on here." Vonnie Holliday during Dungers 6-0 streak.

Is something special still going on here, Von?

Do you seriously believe this? NO ONE in their right mind would say that Orton is even worthy of pro bowl consideration. At all.

Seriously. By the way, I'm not kidding.
