And while I have no knowledge of my own on the subject, based on the posts of others in this thread Lew Perkins does not have a very good history with hiring football coaches.

Bum**** Kansas? Haha Lawrence is a 45 min from kc. I always feel I'm going to some podunk town when I go to games in Manhattan or Columbia. Weird.
