Me.

I will always track the trajectory of his career, much like I have with Rodgers and Flacco.

Just as I will when we overlook (obviously) talented signal callers in future draft classes.

Have fun with that.

I won't follow any of them with any sort of vested interest, because they aren't Chiefs and I'm not a fan of living in agony over a decision I had no control over.

I'll always stalk that other girl I could have dated before I met my girlfriend. It only makes sense.

I have a feeling Matt Cassel isn't going to turn out to be our girlfriend.

He's gonna be the fat, ugly troll with zits all over her body and a lazy eye that you thought looked good at a bar one night when you were really drunk and decided to take home. Then you woke up in the morning, rolled over, horrified, and screamed for her to get the **** out!!!

And on her way out, she emptied your wallet.

Look at em. Like vultures. Heaven forbid anyone say something bad about their lord and saviour. Yes, he's injured. Yes, he still sucks, even as a rookie. Yes, Cassel is STILL a better alternative to Sanchez. Get over it girls. You were wrong.

..maybe true.

But Matt's still OUR QB. I'm not going to pine over any other QB's and think "What if we had 'So and so'..." every time Cassel ****s up. That doesn't accomplish anything.

That's cool but I'm over it.

Sanchez is a Jet and Cassel is a Chief.

The way things are going, the Chiefs will probably have a new starting QB in 2011 anyway.

Let's wait a few years before stating who's right and who's wrong, okay?

the majority of the people on this board expected Cassel to have 4,500 yds passing and 45 TD pass with ZERO interceptions this season and the team to win the Superbowl.

Everyone wants to take w/l out of it, fine. Lets look at numbers. Cassel through for 3500 yds with a record breaking offense that included, arguablly, the greatest reciever of all time. Trent Green threw for 4000+ yds, multiple times, with Eddie F***ing Kennison. Let me guess Kennison>Moss?

Uhhh, no they don't.

As far as the original post, this is not the same players that they had last year.

You're smoking crack. Most fans on this board expect Cassel to at least look competent and worth the $63 million dollar contract that he signed.

I don't see why we should wait. The Cassel haters have proclaimed several times on this board that Sanchez is better than Cassel.
