now changing the technique and offensive blocking scheme is a much more viable reason to look at. But just like a spread quarterback, if Albert can only handle one blocking scheme type then it's a problem.

He's too light to play the position. It's not something that can be discounted, and it's a huge hurdle for a second-year player to overcome.
