Well, you're right. He didn't lose this game. The defense and the special teams did.

If one of those two showed up, the Chiefs would have most likely have this game in the bag.

Who has said this was Cassel's breakout game? I don't think I have seen that posted once.

no the real issue is that some refuse to acknowledge that maybe the problem isnt all cassell.

I almost posted this same thing about Barry Richardson. How can we really judge him since they were playing the Browns? Let me see him play well against the Bengals and the Donkeys then I will start believing.

I imagine that Harrison guy isn't going to become the best back in the NFL because he ran all over the shitty Chiefs D.

The Browns only sacked Roethlisberger EIGHT times last week.

And the fact is, it didn't matter who we were playing, while O'Callaghan did a servicable job, he still showed on more than a couple of occassions that he simply can not contend with speed around the corner.

Richardson did a good job of sealing in pass protect, and was every bit as good as in run blocking.

O'Callaghan is a solid scrub.
Richardson has the size and athleticism to own the position.

I want him to succeed and work out but I just want to see him perform against a team ranked higher than 31st in D.

And as was pointed out earlier that Cassel is much of the problem when the line looks like shit, he also did a much better job today with pocket awareness, IMO.
