Alas, the time is upon us....

Another wonderful installment of the 2009 Academy Awards.

Brought to you by your wonderful CP Academy.

This award must abide by all of the Academy rules and regulations which can be found here.

The Academy views this award as the most important and distinguished so please take your time in considering who you would like to nominate.

Now then, time for some specifics:

•You may nominate yourself however; you will need three other posters to agree. (We view this as douchebaggery btw)

•Please cite a specific reason why you nominate the poster, you can post a link or just write up a quick few lines about what they contributed in 2009. All nominations must be seconded in order to be considered.

•REMEMBER, this award is for 2009, therefore when you nominate someone make sure it’s for something they did this year.

• We don't have a maximum or minimum required amount for nominations, (the more the better IMO)
**EDIT** Maximum is 50.

•Academy members ARE eligible for nomination.

**Edit** Once a nomination is seconded; that's good enough. I don't have time to track how many times one particular poster is nominated.

Yeah, he's a snob. I enjoy his literature and music snobbery. I skip his beer snobbery though, because I dislike beer. If he was in to cheap whiskey or vodka instead, he'd been even cooler.

I saw the title and I hit reply without reading anything.

With all due respect to my beloved CP members, it has got to be Gonzo.

1- He has been very active. You can find his replies and insights in almost any thread.
2- He's a supporter.
3- Maintains good rapport with probably every member on this board, which is a very tough thing to do :P
4- He almost killed himself saving his child.
Don't tell me that this image is NSFW. Go ahead and cite me.

If I may add other nominations, they will be on this order.

Second comes Simply Red for his really quality and dick raising, stomach growling posts.

GoCheifs, Gif'd thread is pretty good.

Demonpenz, MS paint King but he has not been that active in the latter part of 2009.
