Anyone think Denver is done for the year?

I think the Giants, Colts and Iggles will end thier playoff dreams.

But the less 8-7 teams the better, because then the head to head record between the Broncos and Pittsburgh goes into affect. So with the Jets losing, the 8-7 teams would have been Pittsburgh, Broncos, and Texans.

Doesn't matter. Neither KC nor Oakland can run smack and expect to be taken seriously. 1 game does not undo a decade of futility. Oakland used to be the sole proprietor of the West Toilet but lately you have a co-owner.

You have been around me enough to know I do not run much smack. Rather Oakland was good or bad smack ain't my style. That said Denver is a paper tiger and Oakland beating them in their house and their overall play gives one no reason to think KC beating them can't happen~

Broncos don't control their own destiny

Quote:
While there are a lot of confusing scenarios, we know this much: the Ravens and Jets are both in the playoffs with victories in Week Seventeen.

The Broncos are in the best position after that. If Denver beats Kansas City at home, the Broncos just need two other things to happen.

The Broncos need the Ravens or Jets to lose, and need to not finish in a two-way tie with the Steelers for the final spot; Pittsburgh beat them head-to-head. If it's a three or four way tie, Denver's superior conference record would take over.

The Broncos, then, are in the odd position of wanting the 8-7 Texans to win because Houston could negate Pittsburgh's advantage over Denver in a head-to-head tiebreaker.
