What can they do besides bonk? It's just a natural thing. You can't keep humans from bonking just because they are poor. And when you are using the pull out method for birth control...wellllll mistakes happen.

Well, I just hope some helpful Christian missionaries are over there teaching them about the evils of condoms and other forms of birth control.
