Rumor has it, Westbrook headed to Minny?
Anybody else hear this? That would make an awesome tandum of Peterson and Westbrook, this would also allow Chestor Taylor to hit the market. This would be huge for Minnesota!

Westbrook is toast... might as well run Zach Thomas out there. But, if the Vikes want to continue to add old dicks while wasting star's prime years... far be it from me to stand in the way.

Who are they wasting that is in their prime? Taylor is a great 3rd down back but it's not like he's young or in his prime anymore. Westbrook is only 30 and is the best receiving back in the league right now. He would be atleast a minimal upgrade from Taylor.

Good. Send Taylor over on this way. I really hope we can land Chester Taylor in F/A. Charles+Taylor would =big play potential every time we ran the ball.

No way. Westbrook and Taylor are the same age and Taylor has MUCH less wear and tear on his body. Taylor may be the best RB in F/A this year.

I think it is pretty dang smart. AP on 1st and 2nd down. Westbrook on third downs. He is the best 3rd down back in the league, period.

Westbrook is not going to play again, oh he'll sign and come into camp, get his cage rattled and retire... a la Priest.

I just see the Vikes filling holes with golden oldies, it worked with Favre... but the didn't get there... reminds me of the old 90's chiefs teams. I just worry that before you know it, you look up and Peterson is done, JA has slowed, and a window to build a great team is closed.
