Speaking of opinions....how is it that most of the regular DC posters have an opinion ( and apparently a highly informed one) about every subject that ever comes up? I mean, how is it possible for so many people to know so much about everything from health care to international politics to the economy to the military to terrorism and on into infinity? Many of the topics in DC have a direct and tangible impact on our lives. As such, it makes sense to be well-informed of them. It seems that people who have a dislike of politics (or other topics in that lounge) would rather not deal with such topics, for whatever reason. As you wrote, "fantasy sports teams."
