Tragic, I couldn't imagine what a person must be thinking before doing such a thing. I wonder if the attacks on children has something to do with their population laws? Maybe something tragic happen to the attackers child.
I know in this case it was an argument over the land, but this wasn't the first attack, so I wonder if the other attacks may have been a tit for tat situation.
