So I'm at Virginia Beach this week and can't help being disgusted and amazed at the shear number of Cigarette butts on the beach. Why are smokers to lazy to take care of their trash? I mean it's not only the beach, it's out the car window, in my yard, or on every single side walk in America. If your going to smoke, how hard is it to take care of your cigarette butts.

You have to admit though that the beach reminds you of a larger version of those sand ashtrays outside businesses all over America. Plus they are easier to hide there than an asian penis in a thimble.
