Base case scenario would be undefeated by default. An optimistic outlook is winning 2 of 3 against Tech, A&M, and NU with a loss to OU. A realistic take is 5-3 in conference with a split against Tech/A&M and losses to OU/NU.

Kansas fans should not realistically be expecting to win more than two or three games in conference, and they will get pummeled by GT.

Not sure what difference it makes at this point. A decision will be made before the season starts. But I do know it is between Kale Pick and Jordan Webb. I personally think it will be Kale. He seems to have the slight advantage right now.
