Elway sure did play a long time and he's about the same size as Rodgers. I think it has more to do with the type of player, and the mentality. Some guys can take 40 sacks a year, and still play into their 30's at a high level. And I don't ever remember Brady only being sacked 15 or less times. His line has never been that good.
