T/G Tyler Eastman, RB Kestahn Moore, TE Cody Slate and QB Bill Stull

The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Sunday that the club has released T/G Tyler Eastman, RB Kestahn Moore, TE Cody Slate and QB Bill Stull.
Eastman (6-5, 310) played in 33 games (23 starts) at Maine. He played on the offensive and defensive lines at Old Town High School in Old Town, Maine.
Moore (5-10, 214) played in 53 games (21 starts) at Florida, rushing 235 times for 1,281 yards with 13 TDs, while adding 38 receptions for 231 yards with two TDs. The Dallas, Texas native prepped at Mansfield Summit High School in Arlington, Texas.
Slate (6-4, 229) saw action in 44 games (32 starts) at Marshall, catching 199 passes for 2,619 yards with 23 TDs. The Chipley, Florida native played at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia prior to entering the collegiate ranks.
Stull (6-3, 215) played in 32 games (26 starts) at the University of Pittsburgh, completing 418 of 681 passes for 5,252 yards with 32 TDs and 18 INTs, good for a 136.38 passer rating. Stull prepped at Seton-LaSalle High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

kinda surprised by them cutting slate. he showed some flashes against the bucs, but the rest of these guys arent surprising at all. it will be interesting who the chiefs look at when other teams start cutting players.

Moore showed promise and then he proceeds to get hurt... death dagger. At this moment if I were the Chiefs I'd much rather carry Charles, Jones, Battle, Castille, and Cox.... let Moore and Williams go. I would keep both FB's due to special teams purposes and they are both very solid players. With us having McCluster on roster, we could carry another FB.

That's kinda what I was thinking. He had some good plays through training camp. Wasn't used much in preseason...
