KC Star: Chiefs again feel a city’s devotion

It is long, but I liked reading it. I miss KC tremendously sometimes, and I can recall times when the Chiefs were the focal point of the city during the fall. It made the start of school a bit more tolerable. If the Chiefs continue to make positive changes, I'm happy to see it happen. Gains are necessary to ensure the Chiefs are relevant to our children in KC, or to ensure we see even just one Super Bowl appearance before our lives cease.

By the way, when did the Blue Ridge Mall turn into a Wal-Mart? I haven't been there since they had a Topsy's, V's next to the downstairs movie theater, and a Tape World, but I thought it'd still be there 10 years after I left KC.

I miss it a ton also man. There's no comparison between Colorado Springs and Kansas City. It's not even close. I'm looking to move back to KC sometime very soon though. That city means so much to me.

I think the Blue Ridge Mall changed recently, like over the last 3 years. I could be wrong, because I've only visited about once or twice a year.

wow, completely forgot about the movie theatre downstairs of the mall.
