Mine was the TD at the end of regulation.

I knew, just absolutely knew they were going to go for 2 and get it fairly easily. Afterall, they'd run the ball down our throats for most of the 2nd half, why not just give it to Jackson to push around T-Jax and our undersized NT crew?

I still think Chan dropped the ball there.

Interesting. Never once crossed my mind. Now that you bring it up, though, that would've been scary.

An 0-6 team in a road game when they've controlled the clock for the better part of the last half, I don't know why you wouldn't. Especially when the Chiefs had run the ball so well the whole game and had a guy like Charles, who is only ever 1 play away from FG range or the house.

I said something to the guys behind me and they were a lot like you. They didn't even think about it but were terrified about the possibility.

I exhaled audibly when they lined up for the PAT.

Like I said, I still think Gailey botched it.

Herm going for 2 in SD in '08 was one of the only things he did right that year, and for similar reasons.

Similar to Vermeil going for the TD as time expired against the Raiders in '05.

If you're two yards away from a win, I think you go for it.

The missed pass in the seam to JC. It was and 'OS' moment for two reasons:

1) In any game you have one or two chances to score quickly and have a decided advantage. Cassell f'ed that one.

2) It's an NFL throw and our guy couldn't/can't make it.

I really hated how the announcers defended Cassel after that.

I felt like Fitzpatrick won the game for us by not taking that sack at the end of overtime. We had no timeout, if he just takes the sack we get the ball back with 30 seconds instead of almost a minute and a half. With no timeout, there is no way we can get down that fast to score.

Yeah, I was scared of the two-point play, too. I was relieved when I saw the kicker out there. I really think Buffalo should've gone for two given their situation.

It's amazing how other people think of other things to think about during football games, that you might not even think of at the same time.

They should really figure out a way to get people together to watch football games instead of having us all isolated watching them on TV, alone. That way we could discuss all these other things. And we could eat and drink together, too.

Good idea, but it would never work. Sports are made for people to view alone.
