To All You Matt Cassel Haters...

I remember early in the season so many fans were hating on Cassel as not being any good. Needing to replaced. blah blah blah. The last laugh is on you now. He's a great QB and helped get the Chiefs to where they are. In fact, without Cassel, the Chiefs wouldn't even have a winning record. I was supporting him since the beginning and I love rubbing it in the face of those babies that hated on our best chance to get to the Super Bowl. Every Matt Cassel hater should get on this board and post an apology.

She didn't. I made her sit outside and eat her ribs. She broke the bench she was sitting on.

That's what you say. I say different. The I told you so's are perfect for right now. Based on the fact that Cassel is playing as good as any QB in the league I think now couldn't be a better time for a good old I told you so. Give me a round of applause for I told you Matt Cassel was great.

FTR,
I never hated on Matt Cassel. I did express my concern that he would never be a good starting QB in the NFL. I never root against Chiefs players. I always want players on my favorite team to succeed because it means team success. But you have to admit that he didn't look too great early in the season.

I mean, sure he had his moments. But he also had some games or parts of games where he didn't play as well as the team needed him to play. I'm very happy that he seems to be getting it now and the team is doing well as a result.

One thing that certain now, IMO, is that we need a capable backup QB. Croyle sucks and Palko isn't there yet (and may never get there).
