Absolutely. But that is completely different than 'derailing' a thread. Being combative yet on topic is not derailing anything. Even in this thread my joke was on topic, and hardly combative.

I take issue with the 'derail' comment..nothing more.

(The bookie joke was on topic.....not in any way meant to derail, only to get a laugh. And it isn't true that 'everyone' ignored it...I got a positive rep from someone who NEVER usually gives me pos.rep. for that joke...)

uhhh like the who should post the game thread. Great example of what Daface is talking about. Happens a lot so it has to be you. Nothing bannable, for sure, just that you need to back off the hostility a little.
