Video Shows Woman Being Beaten At Baltimore Co. McDonald’s

ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ) — A shocking video that’s gone viral Friday shows a woman being brutally beaten by two other women inside a Baltimore County McDonald’s restaurant.

Baltimore County Police say the incident occurred April 18 around 8 p.m. in the McDonald’s on Kenwood Avenue.

The video, which was posted on LiveLeak.com and made its way to the lead story on the Drudge Report by early Friday afternoon, shows the victim being viciously assaulted.

At one point an older woman steps in to try and stop the two attackers, but to no avail. After being dragged across the restaurant, the victim begins bleeding from the mouth and having a seizure, causing spectators to warn the attackers to run before the cops arrive.

“She’s bleeding, yo. Her mouth bleeding, her mouth bleeding! She’s having a [expletive] seizure, yo! She’s having a seizure right now, she needs help right now! Ya’al better get the [expletive] out of here now!” the cameraman is heard saying.

Finally, the two suspects stop the assault and leave the restaurant.

Both suspects were later identified.

A 14 year-old female has been charged as a juvenile. Charges are pending against an 18-year-old female. The incident remains under investigation and the State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case.

The victim was transported to Franklin Square Hospital for treatment. No additional information about the victim’s condition is available at this time.

McDonald’s released the following statement regarding the incident on their website:

“We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald’s strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.”

Really depends, in some situation that can be true. In a situation where two chicks and an it are involved I call the cops and then do my best to keep them apart~

There's no such thing as a snitch in the world of people in their right minds. Only to the homie rapper world is there such thing as a snitch. In my world and in the world of my loved ones, it's called doing what's right.

I understand what you are saying and I agree. However in my world if a fair scuff breaks out there is no reason to call the cops. I have been in quite a few scrapes and took 2nd place it a couple and I would have never even dreamed of calling the cops and would have been pissed if someone did. Of course if your your loved one are in harms way you make the call~

How do you know it's going to end in a fair scuff though? To protect those you love IMO call the cops right away. You don't know if it's going to be fair, people snap. Why get into a fight in the first place, I say don't lower yourself to the thug scum that's instigating.

I was a slow learner on that

anyway where I grew up calling the police was not widely done less emergency~

If you are a bystander and allow a crime to take place, you are accessory to the fact. You allowed the crime to take place and did nothing to stop the crime. If the state wishes, they could possibly press charges against the camera man and the other bystanders of laughter and egging it on, along with being an accessory to the fact.
