The shooter is dead.
http://rapidcityjournal.com/news/sus...cc4c03286.html I was talking to some friends that work at the hospital today and they were saying (keep in mind - that this is not "official"). The three officers were talking to the 4 guys for about 10 minutes when the shooter pulled the gun and started shooting. I still haven't heard any rumors as to why these guys were pulled over to begin with. |
