I think they're still building. A major step back would be bad but not deadly for me concerning Haley unless his behavior is erratic on the sidelines (more than usual) and in practice/preparation. If it is and we tank I might look at someone else. It would have to be really bad this year though. I still believe he's a good man for the job and he'd really have to go insane this year for me not to bring him back at least one more time.
