Yep, he's a damn punk. I'm sure he's rubbed many of his teamates and other's around the team the wrong way. Weis, with his fix the QB mission, also said he's way to hard on himself and he needed to get past that. Weis also said that KC is a city that is very hard on their QB's and he was going to try to do some things to help them like him. Soon enough even Pioli will realize he's just not worth the trouble for a guy who is a backup at best. He never had to deal with stress and all that goes with being the starter in College.
