Tamba Hali is criminally underrated

Best pass rusher in the league right now, and it isn't really close. The guy gets to the QB on every. Single. Play. He's an unstoppable, unblockable, no quit, high motor player and he puts Jared Allen to shame. I would submit he's the best pass rusher this team has seen since Derrick Thomas. I hope we get a QB and some other pieces in place soon so we don't waste his incredible talent. BEAST. I love watching him play. Easily the biggest bright spot of this season. Hats off to him.

Top 5 sack leaders. Who is #2 and who is #5?

I know the stats. I think he will end up higher on that list. He could easily have another 4 sacks at this point. I'm looking at more than the stats. He terrorizes opposing QBs on every play like Jason Voorhees terrorizes big breasted teenage girls.

I'd still take Allen, if we are comparing prime years. I'd take Ware right now over Hali. Hali is good but hes not the best.

I enjoyed watching Jarad Allen get blown off the line of scrimmage by ALbert yesterday most of all.

One of the rare cool things going on right now is that Houston is learning the ropes while working with Hali. Houston's first step is pretty good in its own right ... if he picks up the work ethic and no-quit that Hali demonstrates, he can become something special.

Meanwhile, I hope that Pioli and Haley are sending tape to the league every week demonstrating how, without fail or deviation, Hali is held 20 times a game. He is grabbed more often in 3 hours than Ms. badgirl's lawnboy's penis.

I mean, we're talking about great pass rushers here, but I'm happy with who we got. I wouldn't trade him for Ware or Allen.

At least Tamba can stay sober and represent his team and city properly.

Did you see the close up of Allen walking off of the field at the end of the game?

Priceless.

Jared Allen is an anti-clutch defensive player. He padded his "prime years" with meaningless sacks. Tamba has always shown up when the defense needed something. He and Berry were the only ones showing up last year in the playoff game.

Allen, in the biggest game of his career (the NFC championship game), got his ass mauled and destroyed by a rookie left tackle. The guy never did a ****ing thing worth mentioning during his stint in KC and we still have fans giving him a rim job. It's amusing and pathetic.

This is KC so lets be honest, most of the fans are drunken hillbillies. That's why Allen was so popular. Mullet and #69

I never thought this would be the case a few years ago, but I think trading Jared Allen was a great move. For a number of reasons. We got Albert and Charles, and switching to the 3-4 totally helped underachieving players turn their careers around. DJ, Dorsey, and Tamba Hali. Would we have switched to a 3-4 if we kept Allen? I honestly don't know.
