Nice to see that goggle-eyed **** hit a weak ground out. I was starting to think he wasn't capable of doing anything but hitting homers and doubles.

This team really just wants the pressure to be on them I swear. They've gotta dig a little hole for themselves just for motivation so they can get their --as Simmons would call it-- "eff you" attitude going.

This may have been mentioned earlier, but what was Molina doing after he got that check-swing hit for an RBI. Was he making "dry your eyes" motions, implying that the Brewers/fans are babies or was it an inside joke/celebration? Whatever it was, it was awesome.

![]() Not guaranteeing we win the series or anything, but demoralizing? A little melodramatic don't you think? Everything went right for you guys tonight, and everything went wrong for us. We sucked tonight, simple as that. Happens to every team. I don't expect it to negatively impact our play the rest of the series anymore than the egg you laid last night impacted yours. I still think this series goes 7 games. Figured you guys would win one here and we'd win one there. Nice game tonight guys. Enjoy it while you can. ![]() |

Actually it's quite nice. I've been to Miller Park several times. It used to be a wonderful alternative for me to watch a Cards game locally, at least until the Brewers got good.
As recently as four years ago, I was able to get face value seats ten rows behind home plate. |
