I would agree, except that the girl has cerebral palsy and all she was doing was downloading some music.

25 strikes with a belt for that? Doesn't seem excessive? Punishment fit the crime?

Of course, we don't know anything about these people besides what's in the story. Ever snap and do something horrible that you've regretted later? Sure would suck if somebody posted in on You Tube, wouldn't it?
