This horrific video allegedly shows a family law judge viciously beating his disabled 16-year-old daughter, who suffers from cerebral palsy, after catching her playing computer games.
The man, believed to be Court-at-Law judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas, is seen repeatedly striking the girl using a leather belt as she whimpers in agony.
After delivering around 10 powerful strikes across her legs and backside, his wife then grabs the belt from him to take over, at which point he walks out only to return moments later with another belt so he can continue the beating.

Sickening: A man said to be a Texas family law judge brutally whips his disabled daughter in a video clip that has caused shock and outrage after being uploaded onto the internet

Attack: The girl, who suffers from cerebral palsy, yelps in pain as her father beats her repeatedly with the leather belt for playing on her computer

Threats: The man jabs his finger at the girl while screaming foul abuse as she cowers in fear

Violent: The mother joined in the attack on the 16-year-old who is believed to suffer from cerebral palsy

As the girl begs him to stop he can be heard snarling: 'Bend over the F***ing bed
'Lay down or I'll spank you in the F***ing face.'
The shocking footage appears to have been filmed on a webcam and is said to date from 2004 but only became public in recent weeks.
It was uploaded onto the Reddit website late last month by a person claiming to be the victim - the judge's daughter Hillary.
The girl is said to have suffered from ataxic cerebral palsy from birth and has a passion for technology. She is believed to have illegally downloaded the video game as well as music.
She writes that she'd decided to post the footage - which she'd been 'holding onto until the right time' - after receiving 'a barrage of harassment' in a phone call from her father.

Ganging up: The father and mother stand over the girl both brandishing belts. She is believed to have split from him after suffering years of emotional abuse

Take that: The furious father unleashes a powerful backhander as the sickening attack continues

Tough: The man's face is revealed in a still from the video. He is said to be a judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas

The title reads: 'Family law judge beats own daughter for using the internet, please spread'.
The video has incited fury on twitter with dozens posting their disgust.

In total the girl receives 20 hard lashes from her father and one from her mother.
She screams: You turn over like a 16-year-old and take it like a grown woman.'
As she lies crying on her bed he shouts: 'Do you want to put some more computer games on?
'Are you happy disobeying your parents?
'If I hear so much as you raising your f***ing voice to me or your mother with the wrong tone or do one little thing or you look at me f***ing wrong, I'm going to wear your f***ing a** out with this belt.'


Unknown identity: It is claimed the man in the video is Aransas County court judge William Adams
Although it has not been confirmed that the man shown is Judge Adams, several people have posted comments below the video claiming it is definitely him.
One post from a J. Andre Bardin, who claims to be one of Hillary's friends, reads: 'I know in the article you say you cannot confirm the man in the video is him, but I can. It's him.
'That's his voice, that's his mannerisms, and that is his house.'
The woman, thought to be judge Adam's wife, who is seen in the video delivering a single blow to her daughter, is said to have left the marriage after suffering emotional abuse.
She has apparently apologised for taking part in the beating and allowing it to happen.

I didn't spank my kids let alone with a belt. Guess what, I have polite, considerate, well behaved kids. And trust me, my youngest son, at times could have provoked any normal, sane, peace loving, non-violent human being to turn into a raving child abuser. It didn't happen. Children can sense things like that and emotional inconsistencies are far more damaging than physical punishment ... and far longer lasting. My guess would be that your children might seem well-behaved, but are in fact, repressing enormous emotional pain, confusion, disappointment, and shame. In fact, it is quite possible that your son secretly dresses as a woman and your daughter is a closet cutter.

Thanks for the Psych 101. A good deal of time, actually given that they are teenage boys. You'd be disappointed at how 'normal' they are. They are teenagers and are doing quite well, thank you. They aren't model kids by any stretch but they are laying big shoes to fill amongst the kids in our extended family. They are involved involved in school, sports, the arts, community, etc. They are kids who are equally cool hanging at home eating pizza with their parents and watching a game as they are hanging with their friends. Can't say as a kid I ever wanted or chose to hang with my parents. As an adult I still don't much.

Funny, Logical made many of these observations when he hated me only to realize that I live by Eleanor Roosevelt's creed 'no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.' We grew to be good friends when he realized his assumptions were wrong. That my foray into psychology. Eastern philosophy, and yoga background insulates me from much of the crap. I just don't give a shit. Your problem with me is your problem. Just as mine with anyone else is. It's a choice. I choose not to. If I don't like someone on these stupid boards they are on ignore. Rather than waste my time engaging them or worrying about them.

And I'm not saying I raised my kids better than anyone. I'm saying that it's possible to raise good kids without spanking them. If you doubt it consider that the vast majority of kids these days are raised without being spanked and are good kids. The ones who aren't are the ones we hear about. Not the good ones. They are not interesting. As this video proves. Troubled, dysfunctional, abused, etc. make news not the kids who are doing well, living their lives, and becoming good human beings.

There is a very good example of what I'm talking about. The anger, I mean ... exhibited by lashing out. It's symptomatic of a lack of confidence and self-esteem.

In fact, I harbor no feelings about you one way or the other and I'm sure you realize that I rarely acknowledge you or reply to your posts ... only a few times since I've been on the board. As for using yoga as armor against the negativity you bring upon yourself, I would like to mention that I also practice meditation and am aware that most Yogis conduct their classes in an environment of serenity. It's rare that you see someone in the corner calling you derogatory names. There's a reason for that.

Again, most people don't voluntarily and continually expose themselves to constant negativity, criticism, and disparagement unless, at some level, they feel they deserve it.
